Responsibilities:
Client Interaction and Needs Analysis:
- Engage with potential clients to understand their business objectives and challenges.
- Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify client requirements and pain points.
Solution Mapping:
- Develop detailed solution maps that align with client needs and demonstrate the value proposition of products or services.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed solutions.
Tender Preparation:
- Lead the preparation and submission of tenders, proposals, and RFP responses.
- Ensure tenders address client specifications, compliance requirements, and are submitted within deadlines.
Technical Expertise:
- Leverage business analysis skills to bridge the gap between client requirements and technical solutions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to create cohesive and comprehensive proposals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
Qualification and Lead Management:
- Evaluate leads and opportunities based on business analysis criteria.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ensure effective qualification in the CRM system.
Communication and Presentation:
- Clearly articulate complex technical solutions in a way that is understandable to non-technical stakeholders.
- Deliver engaging presentations during client meetings, showcasing solution maps and tender details.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in pre-sales, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong business analysis skills with the ability to map client requirements to technical solutions.
- Familiarity with tender processes and documentation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
