Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead to oversee our Telesales team in our BPO department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in telesales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive performance to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of telesales representatives to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development to team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
- Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and customer acquisition.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and goal-setting sessions with team members.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in telesales, preferably in a BPO environment.
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role. Also have extensive experience of handling a team of 20-22 resources
- Should have hands on experience on roaster and dashboard making, managing other operations such as manpower planning, shrinkage, hiring and handling attrition, etc
- Should have knowledge of chat and voice process.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
