Description :

Responsibilities: 

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory. 

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with plywood or mica manufacturers, distributors, and retailers

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. 

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making. 

Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management. 

Requirements: 

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 

Proven track record of successful B2B sales experience in the plywood or mica industry. 

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
