Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive with expertise in government planning and tendering processes, along with strong techno-commercial skills and knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) requirements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing government project opportunities, managing the end-to-end sales process, and ensuring successful project acquisition and execution.
Responsibilities:
Identify government project opportunities through thorough market research and analysis of tendering portals and government publications.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in government agencies, contractors, and consulting firms involved in project planning and tendering.
Lead the preparation and submission of tender documents, ensuring compliance with all technical and commercial requirements.
Collaborate with the technical team to develop customized solutions that meet the specific MEP requirements of government projects.
Conduct techno-commercial negotiations with clients to secure contracts and achieve favorable terms and conditions.
Provide ongoing support to project teams during the execution phase, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project specifications.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and government policies related to government projects and tendering processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. (Master’s degree preferred)
Proven track record of 3-5 years in sales roles within the government projects sector, with a focus on MEP solutions.
In-depth understanding of government planning and tendering processes, including familiarity with relevant regulations and documentation requirements.
Strong technical acumen with knowledge of MEP systems and their applications in government projects.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel as required.
