Job Description
- Design, develop, and deploy SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions to meet business requirements related to identity and access management.
- Customize and configure SailPoint IdentityIQ to integrate with existing systems and applications.
- Implement access controls, provisioning, de-provisioning, and identity lifecycle management processes within SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and other IT teams to gather requirements and define IAM solutions that align with business goals and security policies.
- Develop custom workflows, connectors, and plugins as needed to extend the functionality of SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Perform troubleshooting and issue resolution for SailPoint IdentityIQ implementations, including debugging code, analyzing logs, and identifying root causes.
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of SailPoint IdentityIQ to ensure scalability and efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in identity and access management, particularly related to SailPoint technologies.
- Provide guidance and support to junior developers and other team members on SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation and customization.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and discussions with stakeholders to review IAM requirements, discuss solution designs, and provide updates on project status.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a SailPoint developer or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of identity and access management concepts and principles.
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, including customization, configuration, and deployment.
- Proficiency in Java programming language and experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of identity governance and compliance requirements, including regulatory standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, and SOX.
- Familiarity with directory services (LDAP, Active Directory), relational databases (Oracle, MySQL), and web services (SOAP, REST).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Certifications such as SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer (CIIE) or similar credentials are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions on time.
