Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company's website and increase brand awareness.
- Lead the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Manage and optimize the company's digital advertising budget to achieve maximum ROI and performance goals.
- Analyze digital marketing data and metrics to track campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
- Oversee the creation and optimization of digital content, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, including changes in search engine algorithms, social media algorithms, and digital advertising platforms.
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to help them achieve their professional goals and drive team performance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including external agencies, vendors, and partners, to support digital marketing initiatives and enhance the company's online presence.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on digital marketing performance, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience working in digital marketing, with a focus on developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and techniques, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing automation software.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and draw actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to lead and inspire a team of digital marketing specialists to achieve common goals.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to innovate and adapt to changing market conditions and consumer behavior.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:
