MIS Analysis Executive 

Role Summary:

The MIS & Analytics supports Management. Day to Day Sales reporting, Sales review, Management dashboard etc. The position deals with highly confidential financial and proprietary information and interacts with all levels of Senior Management, Development, Business Affairs, Contract Legal and other business units of the Company.

Role Responsibility

• Preparing Monthly MIS (Division wise / Region wise) on monthly basis. 
• Timely and accurate submission of monthly MIS reporting with detailed variances vs plan along with explanations/reasons
• Ensure close coordination with Regional Stakeholders & BD team to ensure timely submission of monthly performance deck to management.
• Work on specific and ad-hoc requests for information submission.
• Mapping of Client Costing and its timely renewals.
• Responsible for Client Contract Records keeping & ensuring its timely renewals in coordination with the respective Regions & BD team.
• Ensure close coordination with costing and pricing team for setting up costing and pricing for inter-company products.
• To update & Monitor Sales reports on DITI Software (ERP based Module) to enhance/improve the quality of reports and available records.

Desired Characteristics:

- Knowledge of any industry-specific accounting or scheduling programs a plus

- Must be excellent and proficient with PC and Microsoft Office software is mandatory, including PowerPoint

- Candidates must be self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented, have excellent communication and organizational skills

- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality for highly sensitive materials and details is key

- Strong follow-through and able to anticipate issues before they arise

- Ability to multitask and juggle many competing priorities efficiently

- Excellent critical thinking skills

- Ability to work with large amounts of data - analysis, summarizing, and conclusion.

- Agility in work and quick timely response to all Business Head & other stakeholders.

Education

UG: Any Graduate in Any Specialization
