Job Description for BPO Recruiter:

Skills: Volume hiring, Bulk hiring, BPO hiring 

Qualification: - Any graduate/Post graduate (MBA-HR preferred) 

Experience: - 0.6 months to 1.5 years

Location: - Malviya Nagar, New Delhi

Gender: Male/Female

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handling end to end recruitment
  • Maintaining MIS Excel
  • Source potential candidates from various channels
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms
  • Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
  • Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
  • Following up on the interview process status
  • Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers

 

Requirements:

  • Experience with sourcing techniques
  • Excellent communication skills required.
  • Good written and Verbal Communication.
  • 6 months- 2 years of Experience in recruitments (International BPO’s /ITES Companies).
  • Consultancy experience is preferred.
  • Immediate joiner preferred.
  • Female candidate preferred.
