Title - Agile Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Agile project teams through the entire project lifecycle, from planning to delivery.
• Establish project goals, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and project sponsors.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against milestones.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles, practices, and frameworks, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact project delivery.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, developers, and testers to prioritize and groom the product backlog.
• Communicate project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality standards.
• Conduct post-project reviews and retrospectives to capture lessons learned and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master, managing complex software development projects.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean Agile.
• Certification in Agile frameworks such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
