Job Description:

  • 1: Provide technical support to end-users via various channels (phone, email, chat, in-person).

  • 2: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

  • 3: Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and device drivers.
