We need someone with 3-4 years' experience of TA in interiors / kitchen wardrobes / door window manufacturing / Hardware industry
Manufacturing Industry must
Working Days & Time: 6 Days (Monday-Saturday) 10 AM-7 PM (Females) / (10 AM-8 PM (Males)
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing:
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Conduct job interviews and coordinate with vendors for blue-collar & white collar job positions.
Utilize various recruitment channels to attract qualified candidates.
Maintain a pool of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Vendor Management:
Source, evaluate, and manage external vendors for blue-collar & white collar hiring requirements.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to ensure cost-effective services.
Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Onboarding and Orientation:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, procedures, and culture.
Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues and concerns.
Resolve conflicts and issues in a fair and consistent manner.
Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
HR Operations:
Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including attendance tracking, leave management and data maintenance.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate training sessions.
Support employee development initiatives to enhance skills and capabilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in HR operations and recruitment, especially in blue-collar & white collar hiring.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
