 Qualification : B.Tech in mechanical streams (TECH SALE NEED TO DO)

Experience : 1-2 years or Fresher’s also can be considered if hunger for learning.

Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Technical Sales Engineer to join our Fasteners Division. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong sales acumen to provide comprehensive support and solutions to our clients in the automotive industry. As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, recommending appropriate fastener solutions, and driving sales growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of fastener technologies, materials, and applications.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the automotive sector.
  2. Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our fastener products, applications, and capabilities.
  3. Solution Selling: Identify customer needs and recommend suitable fastener solutions to meet their requirements.
  4. Sales Support: Collaborate with internal teams to provide technical support and assistance throughout the sales process.
  5. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify sales opportunities.
  6. Proposal Preparation: Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations to customers.
  7. Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  8. Order Management: Manage sales orders, coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  9. Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from customers to continuously improve products and services.
