Job Description:
We are hiring Telecallers to join our dedicated team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting customers to schedule service appointments, follow up on service requests, and provide exceptional customer service over the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Contact customers via phone to schedule service appointments and confirm appointment details.
- Follow up with customers to remind them of upcoming service appointments and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our services, pricing, and promotions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service appointments in the database.
- Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to coordinate service appointments and resolve customer issues.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for appointment scheduling and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including privacy and confidentiality guidelines.
