Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT sector.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and acquire new clients.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential projects and clients.
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients' business challenges and recommending appropriate IT solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored proposals.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular communication and effective problem-solving.
Technology Solutions Consultation:
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends, advancements, and best practices.
- Assess clients' technology needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop proposals and deliver presentations to clients.
- Provide insights into how technology can drive business value and improve efficiency.
Sales and Negotiation:
- Lead negotiations with clients, including pricing, contracts, and service level agreements.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and pitches to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain sales collateral, including presentations, case studies, and proposals.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical teams, to deliver integrated solutions.
