Job Description :

Role Overview: The IT Business Development Manager plays a critical role in driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and leveraging technology solutions to address their needs. This position requires a deep understanding of both technology and business strategy to effectively align solutions with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT sector.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and acquire new clients.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential projects and clients.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients' business challenges and recommending appropriate IT solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored proposals.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular communication and effective problem-solving.

Technology Solutions Consultation:

  • Stay updated on the latest technology trends, advancements, and best practices.
  • Assess clients' technology needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop proposals and deliver presentations to clients.
  • Provide insights into how technology can drive business value and improve efficiency.

Sales and Negotiation:

  • Lead negotiations with clients, including pricing, contracts, and service level agreements.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and pitches to prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain sales collateral, including presentations, case studies, and proposals.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical teams, to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Communicate client requirements and feedback to internal teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed.
