Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and grow revenue in both B2B and B2C segments of the construction industry.
Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our construction solutions and value proposition.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
