- 2-5 years of relevant experience in business development or related roles.
Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving growth for the company.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in business development or related roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication only.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and networking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to work Monday to Saturday, from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
Responsibilities:
- Open to travel.
- Researching and identifying new business opportunities.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
- Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients.
- Developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Providing regular reports on sales activities and progress.
- Conducting B2B sales activities to acquire new clients.
- Must be willing and able to travel frequently for client meetings and business development activities.
