Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team in Okhla Industrial Phase1, Delhi. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in talent acquisition, ensuring the organization attracts and hires qualified candidates who align with our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- 1. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job portals, social media, and networking events, to source and attract qualified candidates.
- 2. Screening and Assessment: Conduct initial candidate screenings, assess qualifications, and ensure alignment with job requirements.
- 3. Interviews: Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtually, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- 4. Job Postings: Draft engaging and accurate job descriptions for various positions, ensuring maximum visibility on relevant platforms.
- 5. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
- 6. Candidate Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- 7. Data Management: Keep accurate and up-to-date records in Excel and other relevant databases.
- 8. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment support.
- 9. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis to enhance recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Recruiter with a focus on 1-2 years of recruiting.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
