Title - HR Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:
HR Systems Management: Overseeing and maintaining HR information systems (HRIS) and databases. This includes data entry, accuracy checks, and troubleshooting any technical issues.
Employee Lifecycle Management: Managing various aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding. Ensuring that all processes are conducted smoothly and in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Benefits Administration: Assisting with the administration of employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. This may involve answering employee inquiries, facilitating enrollment, and coordinating with benefit providers.
Payroll Support: Collaborating with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee payments. This may involve verifying timesheets, addressing payroll discrepancies, and assisting with payroll-related inquiries.
Compliance and Policy Adherence: Staying up-to-date with employment laws and regulations to ensure that HR practices and policies comply with legal requirements. Providing guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
Reporting and Analytics: Generating reports and analyzing HR data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Providing data-driven recommendations to support decision-making processes within the HR department and across the organization.
Employee Relations: Assisting HR managers with employee relations issues, such as conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions. Serving as a point of contact for employees seeking guidance on HR-related matters.
Training and Development Support: Coordinating training programs and initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance. Tracking employee training progress and facilitating the delivery of training materials.
Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintaining accurate and organized HR records, including employee files, contracts, and other important documents. Ensuring compliance with record-keeping requirements and data protection regulations.
Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities to streamline HR processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the employee experience. Implementing best practices and recommending innovative solutions to optimize HR operations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments, such as finance, IT, and legal, to support HR initiatives and address interdepartmental issues.
