Title - HR Operations Coordinator
Exp = 3 - 8 years
Location - Delhi
Responsibilities:
Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Coordinate the new hire onboarding process, including preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, and organizing orientation sessions.
- Manage the offboarding process, ensuring all exit procedures are completed and necessary documentation is collected.
HR Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Generate reports and provide data analysis to support HR initiatives and decision-making.
Benefits Administration:
- Assist with benefits enrollment and changes, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and resolve issues promptly.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Assist in preparing and submitting required regulatory reports and documentation.
Employee Relations:
- Provide general HR support to employees, addressing questions and concerns related to HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
HR Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to support organizational goals.
