Responsibilities:

HR Operations Management:
- Oversee the administration of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure HR operations are compliant with company standards and legal requirements.
- Manage HR databases and systems for accuracy and efficiency.
- Supervise the maintenance of employee records and ensure data integrity.
Payroll and Benefits Administration:
- Supervise payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payroll distribution.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Conduct regular audits of payroll and benefits data.
Employee Relations:
- Address employee inquiries and resolve issues related to HR operations.
- Support conflict resolution processes and provide guidance on disciplinary actions.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement initiatives.
Performance Management:
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance review processes.
- Provide support to managers and employees in understanding and using performance management tools.
- Monitor and report on key HR metrics related to performance and productivity.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, and EEO.
- Prepare and submit required reports to government agencies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and legislative changes.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate the delivery of HR-related training programs.
- Support the professional development of HR team members.
- Promote continuous improvement in HR processes and practices.
Team Leadership:
- Supervise and mentor HR staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
