Title - HR Operations Analyst
Exp = 3 - 8 years
Location - Delhi
Responsibilities:
Data Management: Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. This may include employee demographics, turnover rates, recruitment metrics, and performance indicators.
HR Systems Administration: Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR technology platforms. Ensure data integrity, troubleshoot issues, and provide user support as needed.
Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in HR processes and develop strategies to streamline workflows, increase productivity, and enhance the overall employee experience. This may involve redesigning procedures, automating tasks, or implementing new tools.
Compliance and Reporting: Stay up-to-date with relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry standards. Ensure HR practices and policies are compliant with legal requirements. Prepare reports and documentation for audits, compliance reviews, and management reporting.
Recruitment Support: Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to facilitate the recruitment process. This may involve posting job openings, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and assisting with onboarding activities.
Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances. Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, escalate issues as necessary, and work towards resolution in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
Training and Development: Support employee training and development initiatives by coordinating training sessions, tracking participation, and evaluating program effectiveness. Assist with the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews.
Benefits Administration: Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Coordinate enrollment processes, communicate plan options to employees, and address benefits-related inquiries.
Payroll Support: Collaborate with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions. Verify data inputs, resolve discrepancies, and assist with payroll-related inquiries from employees.
Documentation and Record-keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including personnel files, employment contracts, and other documentation. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and establish secure data management practices.
Project Management: Lead or participate in HR-related projects, such as system implementations, process redesigns, or organizational change initiatives. Coordinate project activities, set timelines, and monitor progress to ensure successful outcomes.
