Title - HR Operations Supervisor
Exp = 3 - 8 years
Location - Delhi
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks, such as managing employee records, processing paperwork, and responding to inquiries from employees and external parties.
Recruitment Assistance: Support the recruitment process by posting job openings on job boards, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates regarding interview logistics. Assist with background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment screening activities.
Onboarding and Offboarding: Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including the preparation of new hire paperwork, orientation scheduling, and training logistics. Assist with offboarding procedures for departing employees, including conducting exit interviews and facilitating the return of company property.
HRIS Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) or other HR databases. Update employee records, process changes such as promotions, transfers, and terminations, and generate reports as needed.
Benefits Administration Support: Assist with benefits administration tasks, such as enrolling new employees in benefit plans, updating employee benefit elections, and responding to benefits-related inquiries from employees.
Payroll Assistance: Collaborate with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions. Verify payroll inputs, resolve discrepancies, and assist employees with payroll-related inquiries.
Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures. Escalate issues to HR management as needed and ensure that employee concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
Compliance Support: Assist with ensuring compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies. Maintain knowledge of relevant legal requirements and assist with the preparation of documentation for audits and compliance reviews.
Training and Development Coordination: Coordinate employee training and development activities, including scheduling training sessions, tracking participation, and maintaining training records. Assist with the administration of performance management processes, such as goal setting and performance reviews.
Documentation and Record-keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date HR files and records, including personnel files, employment contracts, and other documentation. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and establish secure data management practices.
Special Projects: Assist with special HR projects and initiatives as assigned, such as process improvements, HR policy updates, or employee engagement initiatives.
