Responsibilities:
HR Process Improvement:
- Analyze current HR processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement streamlined HR processes and procedures.
- Optimize HR workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits of HR policies and practices.
- Manage risk and ensure HR practices are aligned with legal requirements.
HR Systems Management:
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HR information systems (HRIS).
- Ensure HR systems are effectively supporting HR processes and reporting needs.
- Provide training and support to HR staff on HRIS functionalities.
Employee Relations:
- Address employee queries and resolve HR-related issues.
- Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in conflict resolution and maintain a positive work environment.
Performance Management:
- Support the performance management process, including goal setting and performance reviews.
- Develop and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
- Ensure alignment between performance management practices and organizational goals.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Support the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs.
- Ensure a seamless transition for new hires into the organization.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- Develop and implement training initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
- Develop and track key HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR operations.
- Prepare and present regular HR reports to senior management.
- Utilize data analytics to inform HR decision-making and strategy.
