Title - HR Operations  Consultant

Exp = 3 - 8 years

Location - Delhi

Responsibilities:

HR Process Improvement:

  • Analyze current HR processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement streamlined HR processes and procedures.
  • Optimize HR workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR policies and practices.
  • Manage risk and ensure HR practices are aligned with legal requirements.

HR Systems Management:

  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HR information systems (HRIS).
  • Ensure HR systems are effectively supporting HR processes and reporting needs.
  • Provide training and support to HR staff on HRIS functionalities.

Employee Relations:

  • Address employee queries and resolve HR-related issues.
  • Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in conflict resolution and maintain a positive work environment.

Performance Management:

  • Support the performance management process, including goal setting and performance reviews.
  • Develop and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
  • Ensure alignment between performance management practices and organizational goals.

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Support the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding programs.
  • Ensure a seamless transition for new hires into the organization.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
  • Develop and implement training initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.

HR Metrics and Reporting:

  • Develop and track key HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR operations.
  • Prepare and present regular HR reports to senior management.
  • Utilize data analytics to inform HR decision-making and strategy.
