Responsibilities:
- HR Administration: Manage employee records, update HR databases, and maintain accurate documentation.

- Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate new hire orientation, manage employee exit processes, and ensure a seamless experience for employees entering or leaving the company.

- Payroll Processing: Assist in payroll preparation and ensure timely and accurate disbursement of salaries.

- Compliance: Ensure the company’s HR practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.

- Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing support and guidance on HR policies.

- Performance Management: Assist in the administration of performance reviews and employee evaluations.

- HR Projects: Support HR initiatives and projects, such as employee engagement programs and organizational development activities.
