Title - HR Operations Associate

Exp = 3 - 8 years

Location - Delhi

 Responsibilities :

Recruitment Support: Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.

Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork completion, orientation, and setting up necessary systems access. Also, managing the offboarding process for departing employees, including exit interviews and paperwork.

Employee Records Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.

Benefits Administration: Supporting the administration of employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.

HRIS Management: Utilizing HR Information Systems (HRIS) to input and update employee data, generate reports, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Policy and Procedure Compliance: Assisting in ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements related to employment and HR practices.

Payroll Support: Collaborating with the payroll department to ensure accurate processing of employee payroll, including verifying timesheets, deductions, and other payroll-related tasks.

Employee Relations Support: Providing assistance in employee relations matters, such as resolving conflicts, addressing employee inquiries, and maintaining confidentiality.

Training and Development Coordination: Assisting in the coordination of employee training and development initiatives, including scheduling training sessions, tracking attendance, and managing training materials.

HR Reporting: Compiling and preparing HR-related reports and metrics for management review and decision-making purposes
