Responsibilities :
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends and insights.
- Prepare detailed reports on HR metrics such as turnover rates, recruitment efficiency, and employee engagement.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve HR processes and policies.
HR Process Optimization:
- Evaluate existing HR processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline HR operations.
- Ensure HR processes align with organizational goals and industry best practices.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure HR practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Conduct regular audits of HR procedures and records.
- Manage HR risk by developing policies to mitigate potential issues.
Systems Management:
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HR information systems (HRIS).
- Train HR staff on new systems and processes.
- Ensure data integrity and security within HR systems.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to resolve HR-related issues.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
- Support conflict resolution and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Project Management:
- Lead HR projects and initiatives from conception to completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress and report on outcomes.
