Title - HR Operations Advisor
Exp = 3 - 8 years
Location - Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
HR Policy and Procedure Advisory:
- Provide guidance and interpretation of HR policies and procedures to employees and management.
- Ensure HR policies are consistently applied and comply with legal standards.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Support the resolution of employee relations issues, escalating to senior HR staff when necessary.
HR Compliance and Reporting:
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Prepare and submit required compliance reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of employee records and data.
HR Systems and Data Management:
- Manage HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and ensure data integrity.
- Generate HR reports and analytics to support business decisions.
- Provide training and support to employees on HR systems.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Ensure all new hire documentation is completed and filed appropriately.
Performance Management:
- Support the administration of the performance appraisal process.
- Assist with the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Provide support in the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Address employee inquiries regarding benefits and payroll.
Training and Development:
- Coordinate and support HR training programs and initiatives.
- Assist in identifying employee development needs and opportunities.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for improving HR processes and systems.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
