Title - HR Operations Advisor

Exp = 3 - 8 years

Location - Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

HR Policy and Procedure Advisory:

  • Provide guidance and interpretation of HR policies and procedures to employees and management.
  • Ensure HR policies are consistently applied and comply with legal standards.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Support the resolution of employee relations issues, escalating to senior HR staff when necessary.

HR Compliance and Reporting:

  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and submit required compliance reports.
  • Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of employee records and data.

HR Systems and Data Management:

  • Manage HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and ensure data integrity.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics to support business decisions.
  • Provide training and support to employees on HR systems.

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Ensure all new hire documentation is completed and filed appropriately.

Performance Management:

  • Support the administration of the performance appraisal process.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Provide support in the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding benefits and payroll.

Training and Development:

  • Coordinate and support HR training programs and initiatives.
  • Assist in identifying employee development needs and opportunities.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for improving HR processes and systems.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
