Title - Project Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
- Ensure that project deadlines are met by tracking project progress and addressing any issues that arise.
Administrative Support:
- Prepare and distribute project-related documents, reports, and presentations.
- Schedule and organize project meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Handle project-related correspondence and communication.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, budgets, timelines, and status reports.
- Assist in the preparation of project status reports and ensure they are distributed to stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Ensure all project documentation is stored appropriately and is easily accessible to team members.
Communication:
- Facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Act as a point of contact for project-related queries and issues.
- Ensure stakeholders are kept informed of project progress and any changes to the project plan.
Financial Management:
- Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenditures.
- Prepare and process project-related invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Track and report on project costs and financial performance.
Risk and Issue Management:
- Assist in identifying project risks and issues and help develop mitigation strategies.
- Maintain a risk and issue log and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Quality Assurance:
- Support the implementation of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Ensure projects comply with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
