Exp = 3 - 8 years
Location - Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and objectives.
- Conduct initial assessments to identify challenges and opportunities for improvement.
Project Planning and Management:
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet changing conditions.
Methodology Implementation:
- Implement project management methodologies and best practices tailored to client needs.
- Provide training and support to client teams on project management tools and techniques.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and communicate findings to stakeholders.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Generate and present detailed project reports, including progress, risks, and recommendations.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Facilitate effective communication between project teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Lead project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status updates, and post-project reviews.
Continuous Improvement:
- Evaluate completed projects to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
- Advise clients on process enhancements and implementation of new technologies.
Documentation:
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and user manuals.
- Maintain accurate records of all project activities and decisions.
