Job Profile: Field Sales Executive

Location: Kolkata

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

A Field Sales Executive is responsible for sourcing new prospects, negotiating with them, and closing sales deals. Standard deliverables include meeting sales quotas, maintaining positive customer relations, and increasing company revenue.

Requirements:

  • General Requirements:
    • Candidates should be smart and effective.
    • Male candidates are preferable.
    • Owning a two-wheeler is preferable.
    • Must have a strong command of both Hindi and English (average proficiency).
  • Skills:
    • Confidence skills (MUST HAVE)
    • Excellent convincing skills and client handling ability, including client visits (MUST HAVE)
    • Must be fluent in Hindi (MUST HAVE)
  • Other:
    • Must be comfortable with field sales.

Qualification:

  • Graduation or 12th Pass

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year (based on interview and experience)
