We are looking for a Project Associate – Tariff Professional for an e-governance project on a contractual basis for a reputed government organization. 

Experience: 

 Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the related professional domain.

Qualifications:

Master’s Degree from a recognized university or equivalent in Business Administration with specialization in Finance/Management/ICWA/CA/ICFAI. 

Proficiency in working on Computers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

To assist the Authority: 

a) In examining the MYTP of the airport operator and verify the data with reference to the Balance Sheet, P&L account and auditor certificates. 

b) To ensure that the financial model employed is in line with the methodology prescribed by the Authority. 

c) In examining each building block in tariff determination and ensure that the treatment given to it is in line with the Authority’s methodology and approach. Make realistic forecasts and changes wherever necessary. 

d) In preparing a consultation paper working out the Annual Revenue Requirement of the operator and incorporate the proposed tariff plan that the operator has submitted to achieve the ARR. 

e) In holding consultation with the stake holders and analyze the various suggestions made by the stakeholders. 

f) In drafting the tariff orders and other related papers & in finalizing the Tariff Order for the approval of the Authority. 

g) In appeals against the orders of the Authority. 

h) Such order functions as assigned by the Competent Authority.
