Job Profile: B2B Sales Representatives
Experience: 1+ years (Government sales experience preferred)
Work Schedule:
Gurgaon Positions: Monday-Saturday (10 AM - 6:30 PM) with alternate Saturdays off.
Focus on IT hardware, software, and electronic products.
Job Responsibilities (B2B Government Sales Representative - Gurgaon)
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B government sector, particularly for IT printing solutions.
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in government agencies.
Generate leads through prospecting, networking, and market research.
Tender Management:
Monitor and track government tenders for IT projects and printing solutions.
Prepare and submit tender proposals following government procurement guidelines.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive bids and pricing strategies.
Sales Cycle Management:
Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract closure.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations highlighting printing solution features and benefits.
Address customer inquiries and provide pre-sales and post-sales support.
Relationship Building:
Cultivate long-term relationships with clients and partners to secure repeat business and referrals.
Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding client business needs and providing tailored solutions.
Market Intelligence:
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and government regulations in the IT and printing sectors.
Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and market expansion.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
1+ years of experience in B2B sales (Government sales experience a plus).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
