*Job Summary:*

As a Team Leader for our UK lead generation and sales process, you will oversee a team of sales representatives tasked with identifying and qualifying leads, and converting them into sales opportunities. Your role is pivotal in driving team performance, ensuring targets are met, and maintaining high standards of customer engagement specific to the UK market.

 

*Key Responsibilities:*

 

1. *Team Management:*

  - Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve targets and KPIs.

  - Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, strategies, and provide performance feedback.

  - Monitor individual and team performance metrics related to lead generation, conversion rates, and sales targets.

 

2. *Sales Strategy Implementation:*

  - Implement effective sales strategies and techniques tailored for the UK market.

  - Work closely with the sales team to identify sales opportunities and effectively manage the sales pipeline.

  - Ensure adherence to sales processes and procedures, including compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

 

3. *Customer Relationship Management:*

  - Foster strong relationships with potential and existing customers in the UK market.

  - Handle escalated customer inquiries or issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

  - Champion a customer-centric approach within the team to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.

 

4. *Reporting and Analysis:*

  - Prepare regular reports on team performance, sales activities, and key metrics.

  - Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and strategic opportunities.

  - Provide insights and recommendations to management based on data-driven analysis.

 

5. *Training and Development:*

  - Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing coaching for existing team members.

  - Keep the team updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and market trends relevant to the UK.

  - Support the professional development of team members through performance reviews and career planning.

 

6. *Collaboration and Communication:*

  - Collaborate with other departments such as Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Support to align strategies and achieve organizational goals.

  - Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates on team performance, challenges, and opportunities.

 

*Skills and Qualifications:*

- Proven experience in a similar role within a lead generation or sales environment, preferably with exposure to the UK market.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
