Description :

  • Tender Preparation: Oversee the entire tendering process from initial review to final submission, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and meets the client's specifications.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments, such as sales, finance, legal, and technical teams, to gather necessary information and inputs for tender submissions.
  • Bid Strategy: Develop and implement effective bid strategies, identifying key win themes, value propositions, and differentiators to increase the likelihood of winning tenders.
  • Compliance: Ensure all tenders comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with tender submissions, ensuring all potential issues are addressed proactively.
  • Cost Estimation: Work with the finance team to develop accurate cost estimates and pricing strategies, ensuring competitive and profitable bids.
  • Client Interaction: Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and expectations, and providing regular updates on tender progress.
