Key Responsibilities:
Proposal Management:
- Coordinate all aspects of the proposal development process from inception to submission.
- Develop and maintain a proposal schedule and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Assemble proposal teams and assign tasks to team members.
- Track proposal progress and provide regular updates to management.
Content Development:
- Review RFPs and other solicitation documents to identify requirements.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather necessary information.
- Write, edit, and format proposal content to ensure clarity, compliance, and persuasiveness.
- Develop and maintain a repository of proposal content for future use.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all proposals meet the organization’s standards for quality and branding.
- Conduct final reviews and edits of proposals to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Perform compliance checks to ensure all RFP requirements are met.
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for proposal-related communications.
- Facilitate meetings and discussions with internal teams and external partners.
- Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the proposal process.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of proposal activities and outcomes.
- Prepare and present reports on proposal metrics and win/loss analysis.
- Continuously improve proposal processes based on feedback and best practices.
