Key Responsibilities:
Contract Drafting and Negotiation:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts including, but not limited to, service agreements, supply agreements, and partnership agreements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure contracts align with company objectives.
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend contract modifications to mitigate potential risks.
Contract Management:
- Maintain a centralized repository for all contracts and ensure timely renewals and amendments.
- Monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing any issues that arise.
- Develop and implement contract management processes and procedures.
Legal Compliance:
- Ensure all contracts comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on changes in legislation and industry standards that may impact contract terms.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with legal, finance, procurement, and other departments to ensure seamless contract execution.
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams on contract management best practices.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in contract lifecycle management.
- Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce contract cycle times.
