Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management: Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, including negotiation, drafting, review, and administration of various types of contracts (e.g., NDAs, service agreements, vendor agreements, licensing agreements).

- Negotiation: Lead complex contract negotiations with clients, vendors, and partners to secure favorable terms and conditions.

- Compliance: Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements, company policies, and industry standards.

- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate contractual risks through careful review and negotiation of contract terms.

- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of contract professionals to achieve department goals and maintain high standards of performance.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., legal, finance, procurement, sales) to understand business needs and provide contract-related guidance.

- Contract Database: Maintain and manage a comprehensive contract database and ensure all contract documentation is accurately recorded and easily accessible.

- Process Improvement: Develop and implement contract management processes and systems to improve efficiency and reduce risks.

- Dispute Resolution: Handle contract disputes and work towards amicable resolutions in a timely manner.
