Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lectures and seminars on various law subjects to undergraduate and/or postgraduate students.
- Develop course materials, including syllabi, lecture notes, and assessments, ensuring alignment with curriculum objectives.
- Provide mentorship and academic guidance to students, fostering critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Conduct research in relevant legal areas, contributing to scholarly publications and academic discourse.
- Participate in faculty meetings, committees, and academic initiatives to enhance the educational experience.
- Stay updated with legal developments and trends, incorporating relevant changes into course content.
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote interdisciplinary approaches to legal education.
- Support student extracurricular activities, such as moot court competitions and legal clinics.
Qualifications:
- Master’s in Law (LLM) must
- 4 to 5 years of teaching or professional experience in the legal field.
- Strong knowledge of various branches of law, including but not limited to constitutional law, criminal law, contract law, and international law.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Demonstrated research capabilities with potential for scholarly contributions.
- Membership in relevant professional associations or bar admissions is desirable.
