Job Description for Program Manager:

We are looking for Program Manager for one of our E-Governance Client.

Experience: Minimum 15 years’ experience in IT/ software development/ IT System projects & Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Program Manager for IT Implementation Projects. 

Qualification: B Tech/ B.E. / MCA /MSc/ MBA 

Job Location: New Delhi

Certifications: Certified PMP or PRINCE 2 or equivalent. 

Responsibilities

• An Incumbent must have 5+ years of experience in Program/ Project Management
• Planning the overall program and monitoring the progress
• Must have experience in Agile Methodology.
• Tracking tasks and deliveries
• Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements;
• Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies;
• Managing and utilizing resources across projects;
• Managing stakeholders communication;
• Ability to work positively with the wide range of individuals
• Strong leadership and management skills;
• Very good communication skills
