Key Responsibilities:

Supplier Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal terms and conditions.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement team.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment focused on continuous improvement.
Cost Management:
- Monitor and manage the procurement budget to achieve cost-saving targets.
- Implement cost control measures and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Process Optimization:
- Streamline procurement processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices and leverage technology for procurement automation.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
