Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate (Any stream).
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of BPO experience (on paper).
  • Communication: Strong proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Additional Requirements: Fluency in English is essential.
  • Semi govt process, customer service,queries of govt-tax & all
  • Blend process -90% voice call & 10% email
