Position : Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities (B2B Government Sales Representative - Gurgaon)
- Business Development:
- 1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B government sector, particularly for IT printing solutions.
- 2. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in government agencies.
- 3. Generate leads through prospecting, networking, and market research.
- Tender Management:
- 1. Monitor and track government tenders for IT projects and printing solutions.
- 2. Prepare and submit tender proposals following government procurement guidelines.
- 3. Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive bids and pricing strategies.
- Sales Cycle Management:
- 1. Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract closure.
- 2. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations highlighting printing solution features and benefits.
- 3. Address customer inquiries and provide pre-sales and post-sales support.
- Relationship Building:
- 1. Cultivate long-term relationships with clients and partners to secure repeat business and referrals.
- 2. Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding client business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Market Intelligence:
- 1. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and government regulations in the IT and printing sectors.
- 2. Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and market expansion.
Qualifications
- 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 2. 1+ years of experience in B2B sales (Government sales experience a plus).
- 3. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- 4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- 5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
