As a Front Office Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive guest experience by efficiently managing front desk operations, assisting guests with inquiries and requests, and maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
1. Greet guests in a courteous and professional manner upon their arrival.
2. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
3. Manage reservations and room assignments, ensuring optimal occupancy and revenue generation.
4. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns, resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
5. Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
6. Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and special requirements.
7. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including the lobby and surrounding areas.
8. Process payments and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
9. Assist in the implementation of front office procedures and policies to ensure smooth operations.
10. Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication professionally and promptly.
11. Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
12. Uphold the hotel's standards of service excellence and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
2. Minimum of one year of experience as a Front Office Executive or in a similar role within the hotel industry.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
4. Proficiency in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
6. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
7. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
