Responsibilities:
Develop Offline Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive offline marketing plans to promote the hotel brand, increase awareness, and drive bookings.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal stakeholders such as sales, operations, and management to align offline marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Implement Promotional Campaigns: Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns including print advertisements, direct mail, brochures, flyers, billboards, and other promotional materials.
Manage Events and Sponsorships: Identify relevant events, conferences, and sponsorship opportunities to enhance brand visibility and engage with target audiences.
Monitor Campaign Performance: Track and analyze the performance of offline marketing campaigns, evaluate ROI, and make recommendations for optimization.
Budget Management: Manage the offline marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure all offline marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain brand consistency across all channels.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in offline marketing, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry.
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus.
