- 1. Assisting the store manager in all areas of daily business operations, human resources, customer service and merchandising.
- 2. Coordinating, monitoring and reporting on daily operations.
- 3. Recruiting, training and supervising employees.
- 4. Managing employee schedules, conducting performance reviews and enforcing disciplinary actions.
- 5. Monitoring and maintaining suitable store inventory levels.
- 6. Assisting with the development of new sales and recruitment strategies.
- 7. Ensuring the store environment complies with health and safety regulations.
- 8. Maintaining a clean, organized and aesthetically pleasing store front.
- 9. Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
- 10. Ensuring that store policies and procedures are followed.
