Job Description:-

  • 1. Assisting the store manager in all areas of daily business operations, human resources, customer service and merchandising.
  • 2. Coordinating, monitoring and reporting on daily operations.
  • 3. Recruiting, training and supervising employees.
  • 4. Managing employee schedules, conducting performance reviews and enforcing disciplinary actions.
  • 5. Monitoring and maintaining suitable store inventory levels.
  • 6. Assisting with the development of new sales and recruitment strategies.
  • 7. Ensuring the store environment complies with health and safety regulations.
  • 8. Maintaining a clean, organized and aesthetically pleasing store front.
  • 9. Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
  • 10. Ensuring that store policies and procedures are followed.

Skills Required:-

1. Communications skills must be excellent

2. Preferable from bridge to luxury and luxury jewelry background
