Job Description:
- Application Support: Provide 1st and 2nd line support for enterprise applications, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.

- Incident Management: Monitor, track, and resolve incidents in a timely manner, adhering to SLAs and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough investigations into recurring issues to identify and mitigate root causes.

- User Training: Assist in the creation and delivery of training materials to help end-users maximize the functionality of applications

- Configuration & Maintenance: Assist in the configuration, upgrade, and maintenance of applications, including testing new releases and patches.
