Profile : Sales Executive

Location:Delhi


Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive Business Growth: Achieve sales revenue targets.

2. Ensure Profitability: Meet and exceed targets for vehicle sales and Value-Added Services (VAS).

3. Adhere to Sales SOPs: Maintain 100% compliance with sales standard operating procedures.

4. Generate Leads: Proactively generate and manage customer inquiries.

5. Order Fulfillment: Ensure timely and accurate order processing.

6. Customer Satisfaction: Deliver exceptional customer experiences, aiming for zero negative feedback (VOC).

7. Customer Relationship Management: Manage the customer lifecycle to ensure repeat business.

8. Achieve VAS Targets: Focus on hitting and surpassing VAS business objectives.
