Roles and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a talented and versatile Senior Inside Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates should have a strong background in B2C sales.
Conduct video calls with potential students to introduce our products/services and close sales leads.
The Senior Business Development Associate needs to wear a blazer, be well-dressed, and look very professional as per our dress code policy during the video calling session.
Utilize persuasive communication skills to effectively present product features and benefits during video calls.
Close sales and achieve weekly-monthly quotas.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through video interactions, addressing their queries and concerns. We believe in hiring partners rather than just employees.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective video sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings to provide insightful recommendations to clients during video calls.
Continuously enhance video sales techniques and strategies through self-improvement initiatives and training sessions.
