Job Title: Store Manager
Locations: Bhartiya City
Experience Required: 4-7 years in retail management, preferably in fashion or apparel
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Customer Service:
- Drive store sales and meet/exceed sales targets.
- Deliver an outstanding shopping experience by providing excellent customer service and personalized fashion advice.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth.
- Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable and motivated.
- Schedule and manage staff shifts to ensure optimal coverage.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Store Operations:
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain inventory levels, ensuring stock is replenished and accurately managed.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are met and maintained to showcase the latest fashion trends.
- Manage store budgets, expenses, and profitability.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Compliance & Security:
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Oversee store security measures, including loss prevention and theft control.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Store Manager in fashion retail or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A keen eye for fashion trends and a passion for the industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in retail management software and Microsoft Office.
