Job Title: Store Manager 

Locations: Bhartiya City 

Experience Required: 4-7 years in retail management, preferably in fashion or apparel

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Customer Service:
    • Drive store sales and meet/exceed sales targets.
    • Deliver an outstanding shopping experience by providing excellent customer service and personalized fashion advice.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Staff Management:
    • Recruit, train, and supervise store staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable and motivated.
    • Schedule and manage staff shifts to ensure optimal coverage.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Store Operations:
    • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
    • Maintain inventory levels, ensuring stock is replenished and accurately managed.
    • Ensure visual merchandising standards are met and maintained to showcase the latest fashion trends.
    • Manage store budgets, expenses, and profitability.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
    • Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Compliance & Security:
    • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
    • Oversee store security measures, including loss prevention and theft control.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Store Manager in fashion retail or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A keen eye for fashion trends and a passion for the industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in retail management software and Microsoft Office.
