Description :

Job Title: Store Manager  

Locations: Forum Mall 

Experience Required: 4-7 years in retail management, preferably in fashion or apparel

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Service:

Drive store sales and meet/exceed sales targets.

Deliver an outstanding shopping experience by providing excellent customer service and personalized fashion advice.

Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth.

Staff Management:

Recruit, train, and supervise store staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable and motivated.

Schedule and manage staff shifts to ensure optimal coverage.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Store Operations:

Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.

Maintain inventory levels, ensuring stock is replenished and accurately managed.

Ensure visual merchandising standards are met and maintained to showcase the latest fashion trends.

Manage store budgets, expenses, and profitability.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, fostering loyalty and repeat business.

Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.

Compliance & Security:

Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

Oversee store security measures, including loss prevention and theft control.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience as a Store Manager in fashion retail or a similar role.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A keen eye for fashion trends and a passion for the industry.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficient in retail management software and Microsoft Office.
